    As I understand 10-606 and 10-614, the bonding bushing and bonding jumper is only required where a metal service conduit enters the service equipment.

    There is a sketch in the Code Handbook that illustrates this.

    I believe that the original intent was to supplement the bonding afforded by concentric knockouts in the enclosure.

    An unfused service conduit would only need a ground busing on one end right? What if it has an emt coupling in it?

    On one end - right, even if it has a coupling.

    A bond bushing is also required on the supply side conduit, if it enters the meter or splitter through a knock-out.
